Thanks for the update! But it seems after the update, the game is now crashing to desktop at the start menu. It pops a windows saiyng error:740 if I choose to start using config.exe . I'm on ERAS 2 64x. Tried a fresh install but the same issue persists.

When enemy ships ask me to take some gold to let them go away, i always refused and demanded surrender and they would lower their sails and stay still while i could just navigate to and board them. But now enemy  ships  will try to escape and will not low their sails after i demand their surrender. Even if i am the first to ask for surrender and they accept, they will try to flee anyway.

I'm playing ERAS 2 right now as a pirate with a squadron of 8 ship. I went to Le François' store in Martinique to get some goods for the ships, and when i go back to my flagship, 4 of my ships were placed at Fort-de-france's port and got squashed by the town fort. This same issue happen in Puerto Principe. When i go back to the flagship, some ships are placed at Santiago's port and got wrecked by the fort. I can't fast travel there and help them, and if i go back to the map, they are lost forever. But this bug is not isolated to ports, on shores suchs Shores of Batabano in Cuba, ships are placed behind the shore, at Havana's port. I tried changing ship squadron formations on mod options but none of them worked, the ships are still placed at the opposite port. This makes playing pirate more annoying since you, as a pirate, has little options of friendly ports to get provisions for the ships. The only solution i found was to reduce my squad by half by selling 4 ships so the remaining ships dont get wrongly placed at the opposite ports. Did someone happened to get the same problem and got solutions other than reducing your squad? Thanks guys.
